Horihone Saizo - Drainage City

I saw and read a lot of weird shit. But this, I have no idea what this is. First of all my dear reader take note that this is hentai. Hentai as in porn with explicit sex. Blah blah, the usual warnings. This is also much, much more than just ordinary hentai. Ironically I'm not really sure what is this supposed to be. All I know this is one of the weirdest things I have ever read in my life and this will stick with me for a long, long time. This is truly grotesque in its perfect form for me.
