Indeed. Nile is great but gets boring after a while, Belphegor is good but gets boring after a while especially the last two albums and Grave is horrible and I get sleepy after listening to them. It should be an awesome concert nevertheless and if I ignore all the idiot ignorant asshole metalheads that will scream "YEAH" all the time and show the oh so infamous horns and pretend to be so heavy and extreme (stop that plz). >_>

Piana - Eternal Castle

Lovely and relaxing mixture of electronic music. Nothing wild and energetic just smooth sound of glitch electronics and guitar. Very good music for relaxing. Also, her voice is very unique (I guess), high pitched a lot kinda sounds like a baby.

Rina Ketty - Etoiles De La Chanson

I'm sure pretty much everyone heard of Edith Piaf well this is something similar but better in my opinion. Lots of songs on this record and I'm not really sure if this is a re-master or just a rip from an old vinyl but it sounds great. She was popular during WW2 but afterwards she kinda fade away.

Lionel Hampton - Flying Home

Lionel Leo Hampton (April 20, 1908 – August 31, 2002), was a bandleader, jazz percussionist and vibraphone virtuoso. Hampton was born in Louisville, Kentucky. “Hamp” ranks among the greatest names in jazz history and worked with a who’s who of jazz musicians, from Benny Goodman to Charlie Parker to Quincy Jones. His stuff is really good and I enjoy it a lot especially since there's not many vibraphonists around playing that funky instrument. This is supposed to be Flying Home album but the tracklist is way different from what is shown in Discogs so I'm not really sure this or that is the real album. Anyway, there's a lot of songs along with two bonus songs so enjoy!

Besh o droM - Can't Make Me! (nekemtenemmutogatol!)

Balkan was always a place where people are constantly in deep shit. Always killed and oppressed from some power hungry maniac and also a border line between religions. Due to this big diversity in cultures in such a small place the music from here is equally wild and non-rule following so to say. Besh o droM is a fine example of this music performed by Hungarian gypsies that mix a lot of different ethnic instruments originating from Hungary, Egypt and other interesting places. This is all good and great in all songs but the only downside of this album is the annoying turn-tabling that doesn't fit into this at all. Still it can grow on you and later on doesn't bother you at all.

Morita Doji - Nocturne

Apparently I was wrong. She did not release just three albums she released 6! O_o

Anyway, this one is much different from A Boy it has much more instruments then just guitar and piano and the voice echoes a lot. There's also some parts where some electronic music kicks in but not much. Despite these differences this is still good old melancholy so be sure to download if you like the previous one I posted.

Mgła - Groza

Ever since I heard Presence by Mgła (or Fog in your oppressive colonist English) I was captivated by it's hypnotizing sound and thought out lyrics. Time went on and so did new EPs came but there were no full length albums. At last Groza came out this year as brand new full album released Northern Heritage who also release stuff for other orthodox and intellectual BM like DsO. So how is the new album musically? I listened to it and well, it's awesome. Much better production then the EPs and much more progressive then the previous ones. It still follows the tradition of naming the songs after roman numbers which is ok from my point of view.

A Silver Mt. Zion - Pretty Little Lightning Paw

A Silver Mt. Zion is a post-rock band formed in 1999 by Godspeed You! Black Emperor musicians Efrim Menuck, Sophie Trudeau and Thierry Amar. According to an interview with VPRO Radio in The Netherlands, originally the project was for Efrim to learn how to score music, but the idea was soon abandoned as Efrim decided that he preferred music not to be defined by rules, preferring simply what sounds best. Despite this, he continued the project out of a desire to experiment with ideas that would not work within the context of Godspeed You! Black Emperor. The decision to record an album was partly inspired by the death of his dog Wanda, who had died while Godspeed You! Black Emperor was on tour. He wanted to record an album in her memory, but did not feel that he could effectively do this through Godspeed’s collective, consensus format.

Unlike Godspeed You! Black Emperor, A Silver Mt. Zion’s music often features vocals. The last few albums they have released contain no purely instrumental tracks. Efrim confessed that he was uncomfortable with this at first, feeling “foolish” and uncomfortable with the role of the singer in music generally. That is, he did not want to be the focus of the band’s music but rather wished to use vocals as a stylistic tool. Some fans were initially ambivalent about the use of vocals, but Efrim’s poetic lyrical style is now well respected among fans. Furthermore, A Silver Mt. Zion’s fanbase has expanded, and they are no longer seen merely as an offshoot of Godspeed You! Black Emperor but as a unique and separate entity.

Suehiro Maruo - Lunatic Lovers

Suehiro Maruo is an very unconventional artist in the guro and in general manga world. This is mostly because he abandoned almost all well known drawing styles from todays and a bit earlier anime/manga. This means there are no huge eyes, unnatural hair, usual plots, giant mecha and all other stuff we usually see. This is something completely different from everything I saw so far. The art is highly influenced by early 20 century fashion and looks so most of his stories takes place in that time. Stories usually begin as all normal stories do and steadily progress into a very abstract and psychedelic trip. His most popular work I guess is Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show that was later on adapted to an animated film called Midori but it was banned in Japan and it's not that easy to get (I have it though ha ha :P, don't worry I'll post it one day) but there is a torrent lurking around maybe it still works. All in all this is some great stuff and be sure to give it at least a chance.

Uziga Waita - Mr. Sarubato's Rowdy Classroom

Anyway, here's another short comic from Uziga Waita. Unlike the previous one this one is his classic work full with gore and senseless violence that we all know and love with black humor in the mix. The story is about a teacher who takes learning very seriously and punishes those who don't learn very, ahem, painfully!
